WESTLAKE, OH – Nordson Corp. has named Michael F. Hilton as president and chief executive officer, effective Jan. 16.

Hilton has served since September 2007 as senior vice president and general manager for Air Products and Chemicals Inc., where he has worked for 33 years.

Hilton, who will also join the firm’s board, will succeed the retiring Edward P. Campbell.

Campbell will continue to serve as Nordson’s chairman of the board until Feb. 16, at which time he will be succeeded by director Joseph Keithley.
