ENDICOTT, NY -- EMS firm Catalyst Manufacturing Services has completed upgrades to its manufacturing facility here, including new flooring and layout.

“We felt a complete face-lift was required to provide us with superior operations for our customers and a positive work environment for our employees," said Randall Lainhart, vice president. "We recently made a major investment in new manufacturing equipment and systems, and we felt it was necessary to complete the facility upgrades as well."

The manufacturing operation upgrades included new ESD flooring, new lighting, and a new layout for lean manufacturing process flow.  The office area was also completely redone.  An open house will take place in the near future.

The contract manufacturer also has plants in Raleigh, NC, and Tijuana.
