IEC Gets $7M Defense Order

NEWARK, NY -- IEC Electronics has received a $7.4 million add-on order to build circuit boards for satellite communications modems from one of its defense customers.
Deliveries will commence during the first quarter of IEC's fiscal 2012.
IEC declined to name the customer but said it is a "top 10" defense contractor. The contract covers manufacturing and lifecycle support.
