SUZHOU -- Variosystems plans to bring a new facility online here in 2012, replacing its existing plant in Hangzhou.

The new manufacturing facility will be roughly twice the size of the company's plant in Southlake, TX, a company representative told CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY. The Texas EMS plant is 65,000 sq. ft.

The company's existing site in Hangzhao is about 25,000 sq. ft.

Variosystems is based in Switzerland and also has a contract assembly plant in Sri Lanka. It has annual sales of about $110 million, according to the CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY Director of EMS Companies.
