TAIPEI -- Foxconn Electronics reported unconsolidated December revenues rose 29.5% year-over-year to NT$316.9 billion ($11 billion) on higher demand for consumer electronics.

Sales were up 3.17% from November, to a record NT$2.77 trillion ($92.5 billion), up 19.9% over 2010.

Foxconn, far and away the largest contract electronics manufacturer and a Top 10 producer of printed circuit boards and connectors, has said the 2012 outlook is less rosy.

Foxconn is the trading name of Hon Hai.
