BANGKOK -- Fabrinet chief financial officer Mark Schwartz has informed the EMS company's board of his intention to resign, effective March 1.
No reason was provided for Schwartz's pending departure.
Fabrinet promoted Toh-Seng (T.S.) Ng, 58, to executive vice president and CFO, replacing Schwartz. Ng was operations controller of Fabrinet and senior VP and managing director of its wholly-owned subsidiary Casix.
CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY has interviewed Schwartz multiple times during his career at Fabrinet.
