LEICESTERSHIRE, UK -- Paragon Electronics today reported sales grew 18% year-over-year in 2011, led by 30% growth for its EMS business, JJS Electronics.

JJS Electronics has facilities here and the Czech Republic.

Managing director John Mayes said JJS Electronics sees the industrial, instrumentation, transportation, printing and packaging, renewable energy, high-end communications, medical, aerospace and defense markets returning to growth in 2012. "We fully expect to continue to grow at these levels during 2012,” he said.

Paragon had 2011 sales of £30 million.
