DANDERYD, SWEDEN -- Electronics manufacturing services provider Note reported June quarter net profits fell 56% from last year to SEK 6.8 million ($979,000).

For the June period, sales fell to SEK 280.1 million, down 16.7% from last year. Operating incomes fell 57% to SEK 10 million. Pretax profits dropped 58% year-over-year to SEK 8.9 million ($1.28 million). Operating margin dropped in half to 3.6%.

Note is Sweden's largest contract electronics assembler.
