NEENAH, WIPlexus Corp. today reported revenue of $608.8 million for the fiscal third quarter, ended June 30, up 8.9% year-over-year.

Net income for the quarter was $23.5 million, an increase of 6.8% compared to the same period in 2011.

For the nine months ended June 30, net sales were $1.7 billion, up 1.1% year-over-year.

Net income for the nine-month period was $61.4 million, down 13.5% compared to the year-ago period.

“Fiscal third quarter revenues were up 6% sequentially to $609 million, above the mid-point of our guidance range and a record revenue level for the company,” said Dean Foate, president and CEO of the electronics manufacturing company.

The firm expects fiscal fourth-quarter 2012 revenue of $590 million to $620 million.
