SHENZHEN – VJ Electronix has opened a customer support and demonstration center here.

The center includes the latest SRT Micra rework and Vertex Series A x-ray inspection systems, as well as the Summit 1800 performance rework system.

The center offers rework and x-ray training and provides assistance with process development of applications such as package-on-package, micro-passive, fine-pitch area array, micro-scavenging, RF shielding, and conducts defect analysis.
