Bixenman Wins SMTAI ‘Best of Conference’

MINNEAPOLIS – Mike Bixenman of Kyzen won the SMTA International Best of Conference Award for his presentation “High Speed Cleaning in a Reduced Manufacturing Footprint.”
Paul Vianco, Ph.D., Sandia National Laboratories, won the Best of Proceedings category for the paper “Ag-Au-Ge Alloys for High Temperature Geothermal and Oil Well Electronics Applications.”
Lars Boettcher, Fraunhofer IZM, won the Best International Paper category for the paper “Development of Embedded Power Electronics Modules for Automotive Applications.”
The winners each received $1,000.
