IRVINE, CA -- Probe Manufacturing has completed its acquisition of Trident Manufacturing in an all-stock swap.

Salt Lake City-based Trident is a full-service electronics manufacturing service company with a 16,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. It has been servicing the industrial, aerospace, military, instrumentation, and medical markets since 2005.

Under the deal, Probe acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding common stock shares of Trident and all its operational assets in exchange for 1.6 million restricted shares of Probe's common stock. Trident has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inc.

Probe is a micro-tier EMS firm.
