Sono-Tek Expects Growth in 2013 Ultrasonic Spray Fluxing

MILTON, NY – Sono-Tek says it expects growth in its ultrasonic spray fluxing business in 2013.
2012 saw growth worldwide for the company’s fluxing line for wave solder process; SonoTek’s fluxing business in the Americas grew more than 50% year-over-year.
SonoFlux Servo is the firm’s fastest growing spray fluxer.
