Chase Sees Sales, Profits Jump in Q1

BRIDGEWATER, MA – Chase Corp. reported revenues of $48.4 million for the quarter ended Feb. 28, up 65% from last year.
Net income rose 120% to $2.64 million for the period.
In a statement, Chase said that for the second straight quarter, electronic coatings showed the most improvement in its industrial business unit. Chase is the maker of the Humiseal brand of conformal coatings for printed circuit boards.
