MENTOR, OH – Electronics manufacturing services firm Libra Industries named Jennifer Altstadt president, effective immediately.

Longtime president Rod Howell, who is also owner and cofounder, becomes chief executive officer.

Altstadt was previously president of Weatherchem Corp. At Libra, she will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the company. She has an executive MBA from Case Western Reserve.

Howell has been president of the EMS company for 25 years.
