Pan Pac Symposium Requests Abstracts

BIG ISLAND, HAWAII – The SMTA Pan Pacific Symposium is requesting abstracts, with a deadline of June 17.
The event will take place Feb. 11-13 at Hapuna Beach Prince Resort.
The program focuses on market, management and technology issues in the design, packaging, interconnection, assembly and test of micro-systems and advanced technology products.
Submit abstracts of 500 words with title and author contact information to www.smta.org/panpac/call_for_papers.cfm.
