R&D Circuits Acquires Altanova

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – R&D Circuits has acquired Altanova Corp.
The combined firm will operate under the name R&D-Altanova.
R&D CEO and president, Jim Russell, said the company was attracted to Altanova’s focus on the ATE marketplace.
With the acquisition, R&D Circuits added sales and technical support for both companies, including sales and applications offices located in South Plainfield, NJ, Allentown, PA, and San Jose, CA.
No financial terms were disclosed.
R&D Circuits manufactures printed wiring boards for the ATE industry.
