PATHUMTANI, THAILAND -- SVI Public Co. announced EMS sales fell 1% from last year to $68 million for the September quarter. Sales were up 13% sequentially on new customers and new audio/visual and medical programs.

Net profit was 206 million baht ($6.6 million), down from 363 million baht a year ago, when the company received an insurance settlement for essentially the same amount, and up 9% sequentially.
