STI Opens Houston Training Facility
HOUSTON — STI Electronics has opened an IPC-approved training center here, the company's second in the US. The new center will conduct hands-on classes in basic soldering, J-STD-001 certification, rework and repair, and other IPC quality assurance programs such as IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
“We are very fortunate to have an outstanding customer base,” said David Raby, president and CEO. “We want to thank all of our customers for the support they have given us throughout the years. We appreciate each of our customers and look forward to mutual growth in 2014 and beyond.”
The new training center is located at 9920 W. Sam Houston Parkway S., Suite 420. It complements the EMS and training company's existing site in Madison, AL.
