MANCHESTER, NH – EPTAC has acquired multiple IPC Certification Center licenses for a number of locations across the US and Canada, the company said today. It marks the first time an IPC Training Center has expanded its delivery and support of electronics training programs to several locations including California, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri and Connecticut, and in Toronto, market, the firm said.

The expansion permits EPTAC to offer a more extensive list of IPC programs and dates. The locations include Anaheim-Los Angeles Area, Carlsbad-San Diego Area, Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, Kansas City-Central Plains Area, Watertown-New Haven-Hartford Area, Palm Bay-Florida Area, Markham-Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada and its corporate office in Manchester, NH, covering New England.

The new licensing covers IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-7711/21. In addition, new programs were also licensed via the IPC to include the new IPC-6012 bare board specification program still in development and the current designer certifications, CID and CID+ specifically targeted to support the printed circuit board design market.
