Hisco Acquires Sales, Distribution of STI Electronics

MADISON, AL – Materials distributor Hisco has acquired the sales and distribution division of STI Electronics.
Terms were not disclosed.
STI will continue to provide advanced engineering and analytical lab support, training services, and contract electronics printed circuit board assembly.
The STI distribution facility in Madison, AL, will operate as a Hisco location to service local customers.
