Class Action Lawsuit against IEC Dismissed

NEWARK, NY – The US District Court for the Southern District of New York has dismissed the consolidated securities class action lawsuit against IEC Electronics, its CEO and CFO.
The lawsuit was originally filed on June 28, 2013.
The electronics manufacturer has received no indication as to whether the plaintiffs will appeal the decision.
