HERTFORDSHIRE, UK – Cellphone recycling firm Bamboo Distribution has signed an agreement with Foxconn to offer repair services throughout the UK and Europe, according to reports.
Bamboo’s staff is expected to more than double to 100, and the firm predicts revenue of $155.9 million per year.
A co-funded distribution center will open in Europe to provide repair services at a rate of up to 250,000 devices monthly. Another 80,000 a month will be refurbished.
No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed.
