CHATSWORTH, CA -- Natel Engineering has completed its merger with fellow EMS company OnCore Manufacturing. 

The new company is one of the largest privately held electronics manufacturing services companies in  North America, focused on the medical, industrial, and aerospace and defense markets through its combined thirteen facilities. The company will be headquartered in Chatsworth.

As previously announced, Natel CEO and president Sudesh Arora will hold the same positions in the newly merged business, while OnCore chief executive Sajjad Malik will join the management team as executive vice president.

The merged company will have annual revenues of about $770 million, making it the largest privately held EMS in North America.

We now have the ability to accelerate our customers' time-to-market requirements due to our expanded capabilities from engineering product design to interconnect solutions to microelectronics capabilities to integrated complex box builds," said Malik.

"We are very excited about the strategic merger of our companies. Together our combined solution offerings will allow us to fulfill more of our customers' product commercialization and life cycle requirements differentiating us as their EMS partner of choice," Arora added.
