AUSTIN, TX – VirTex Enterprises expects a 10% increase in revenue from a new multiyear outsourcing deal with Interphase, according to published reports.

According to an agreement, VirTex will manage the production and delivery of Interphase’s communications’ products, including procuring raw materials, performing quality control, packaging products and delivering them, says reports.

VirTex currently has annual sales of $41 million from its EMS sites in Austin, Wisconsin and Mexico.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
