HOLLY SPRINGS, NC – Circuit Technology, an IPC and soldering training organization, has acquired STC, a Minnesota-based training organization.

Circuit Technology will retain founder of STC, John Gammell, as well as all of STC’s customers.

This acquisition increases Circuit Technology’s ability to service customers in the Midwest and Western states, the firm says.

No financial terms were disclosed.
