DeltaV Acquires Orpro Vision

ZANICA, ITALY -- DeltaV Srl has signed an agreement with Finpro Spa to acquire all intellectual property rights, know-how, brands and patents Orpro Vision products.
The deal covers technolgies developed by Orbotech's assembled board AOI unit, which Orpro Vision acquired in 2009.
DeltaV is the former IBM Group in Vimercate. It plans to repropose AOI products with upgraded solutions.
Terms were not disclosed.
