NORTH YORK, ONTARIO -- ZTest Electronics has decided not to proceed with an expansion of its Permatech Electronics subsidiary and has abandoned a previously announced private placement.

The company gave no reason for its decision.

ZTest announced the private placement in late February as part of its plans to expand its geographic reach.

Permatech is a EMS company in North York, Ontario, Canada.
