TORONTO – The SMTA announced three new workshops for the 10th Annual International Conference on Soldering and Reliability (ICSR) being held May 9-11 in Toronto.
Martin Simard-Normandin, Ph.D., MuAnalysis, will present the full-day workshop Shining a Light on LED Technology: Construction, Reliability, Qualification, Failure Modes Process Material.
Dave Hillman of Rockwell Collins will present the half-day LGA and QFN Component Technology: Manufacturing Implementation and Solder Joint Reliability.
Mike Bixenman, Kyzen, will teach another half-day workshop: Designing in Reliability by Assessing Contamination at the Component Interface.
The early bird registration deadline is April 8.
