SHENZHEN -- SMTA China has issued a call for papers for its annual SMTA China South Technology Conference this fall.

The event will be held on Aug. 30-31 in conjunction with Nepcon South China.

Key topics include advanced packaging/components, assembly, business/supply chain, emerging technologies, harsh environment applications (military, aerospace, automotive, industrial, oil and gas), PCB technology and process control.

Papers are subject to final acceptance by the SMTA China Technical Advisory Committee. All papers including abstract and biography for inclusion in the conference proceedings are requested in both Chinese and English. All papers must be in Chinese and shall be presented in Chinese or English with translator. Abstract must be submitted to Peggy Chen at peggychen@smta.org.cn by June 13.
