SVI Public Co. Reports Q1 Revenue Up 31.5%

PATHUMTHANI, THAILAND – SVI Public Company Ltd. reported first quarter consolidated revenue ended Mar. 31 of $61.1 million, up 31.5% year-over-year.
The electronics manufacturer posted consolidated profit for the period of $751,402, down from $7.8 million in the first quarter of 2015.
During the current period, SVI (Austria) and a subsidiary of SVI Public (HK) purchased all companies in the Seidel Group that have plants located in Austria, Slovakia and Hungary, as well as minority interests in product design and development companies in Austria and Slovenia.
