Scanfil to Close Doors on Vantaa EMS Plant

VANTAA, FINLAND – Scanfil Vantaa Oy is shutting down production, beginning today.
The plant closure will result in 56 layoffs. Eight employees continue to work in development, quality and sales within the company.
The plant will conclude actions by June 30, with a negative impact on earnings of about $442,233, mainly in the fourth quarter 2016.
