WAYZATA, MN -- Paula Graff, vice president and chief financial officer of Nortech Systems, has informed the company of her plans to retire in March.

She will retain her current position until a successor has been named and to assist with an orderly transition.

The company is initiating a search to identify Graff's replacement.

Graff has been with Nortech since Jabnuary 2014. She spent the bulk of her career as a tax director with Toro.
