SHANGHAI -- SMTA China is requesting papers for its annual conference here next year.

The 2017 SMTA China East Conference takes place Apr. 25-26 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. The annual technical conference addresses issues in electronics assembly/ manufacturing, industry/technology roadmap, business focus, advanced packaging, practical skill development, emerging technologies, and lead-free and reliability.

Papers are sought on everything from new packaging and component technology to SMT processing to environmental testing and failure analysis.

Submit abstracts to Peggy Chen by email to peggychen@smta.org.cn. Submissions should include name, job title, company affiliation, and all pertinent contact information.

The event is held in conjunction with the Nepcon China trade show.
