India Proposes Duty on PCBA Imports

BANGALORE -- The Indian government is proposing a 2% special auxiliary tax on imported assembled printed circuit boards.
The move is likely aimed at aiding the country's electronics assembly industry.
The duty is part of the nation's 2017-18 budget.
