SMTA New England Expo Issues Call for Papers

WORCESTER, MA – The SMTA New England Expo issued a call for papers.
The event will be held Nov. 16 at the DCU Center here and is sponsored by the Boston and Connecticut SMTA Chapters.
Papers on the following topics are requested: new developments in PCB technology; conformal coating/hydrophobic coatings; robotic laser soldering; nano-technology with polymeric structures; photonics integration; flexible substrates and flex/rigid hybrid substrates; IoT manufacturing; industry 4.0 development; manufacturing sensors; new developments in board level adhesive and underfills, and new developments in lead-free solders and interconnect.

The deadline for abstracts is Apr. 10.
