FRIEDBERG, GERMANY -- Fuji Machine Manufacturing has completed its acquisition of Tower-Factory, a manufacturer of electronic component storage equipment.

As of Mar. 29, Tower-Factory is a full subsidiary of Fuji. Last year Fuji took a 34% stake in the company, citing growing demands for factory automation, smarter operation, and improvements to part supply logistics.

No financial terms were disclosed.
