GAINESVILLE, GA – Count On Tools completed a six-month $2 million expansion at its headquarters here.

The expansion increases manufacturing floor space 25%, for a total of 20,000 sq. ft., including 5,000 sq. ft. for future development.

The expansion is in response to the growing market for SMT nozzles and consumables, as well as increased demand for precision contract machining services, the firm says.

Upgrades include new production cells with machining centers, a new larger conference room, and more offices for a growing sales force. COT also installed
energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the factory and office space.
