MINNEAPOLIS, MN – The SMTA elected its board of directors for the term beginning Sept. 17. Bill Capen, DRS Technologies, and Greg Vance, Rockwell Automation, were elected to the Strategic Planning Committee.
Debbie Carboni, Kyzen, was reelected as VP expos. Those remaining on the board include president Jeff Kennedy, Celestica; treasurer Robert Kinyanjui, Ph.D., John Deere Electronic Solutions; secretary Richard Henrick, Sanmina; VP communications, Sal Sparacino, Zestron Americas; and VP membership, Eileen Hibbler, TEK Products.
Strategic development committee members include chairperson Matt Kelly, P.Eng., MBA, IBM; Martin Anselm, Ph.D., Rochester Institute of Technology; Richard Coyle, Ph.D., Nokia; and Tim Jensen, Indium.
