HAWTHORNE, CA -- OSI Systems today announced consolidated revenues of $252 million for its fiscal fourth quarter, up 14% from last year.

Net income fell to $1.5 million from $5.9 million in last year's June quarter.

Sales at its Optoelectronics and Manufacturing unit slipped 4.5% to 60.2 million.

For the fiscal year ended June 30, the company reported revenues of $961 million, up 16% from the same period a year ago. Net income was $21.1 million, down from $26.2 million.

OSI guided for 8% to 12% growth in fiscal 2018 sales, with revenues of $1.04 billion to $1.08 billion.
