TAIPEI – Four major Taiwan-based ODMs reported increased consolidated revenues for September.
Quanta Computer reported consolidated revenues of $3.27 billion for the month, up 26% year-over-year and 8.5% sequentially.
The notebook ODM’s revenues totaled $25 billion in year-to-date revenues, up 17.6% compared with the same time last year.
For 2016, Quanta’s consolidated revenues were $30.2 billion, down 11.3% year-over-year.
For September, Inventec reported consolidated revenues of $1.42 billion, up 10% year-over-year and 3.6% sequentially.
Year-to-date, Quanta’s revenues were $11.3 billion, up 6.2% compared with the same time last year.
For 2016, Inventec’s consolidated revenues were $14.5 billion, up 8.4% year-over-year.
Wistron’s consolidated revenues for September were $2.64 billion, an increase of 28% year-over-year and 20% sequentially.
Year-to-date, the ODM’s revenues were $19.4 billion, up 27.7% year-over-year.
For 2016, Wistron’s consolidated revenues totaled $22.3 billion, up 5.8% compared to 2015.
Compal Electronics reported consolidated revenues of $2.73 billion for September, up 8.1% year-over-year and 5% sequentially.
Compal’s year-to-date revenues were $21.4 billion, up 15.6% year-over-year.
For 2016, Compal’s consolidated revenues were $26 billion, down 9.5% compared to last year.
