SANFORD, NC – Conveyor Technologies Inc. has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Alotech for an undisclosed sum.

The combination of Alotech's machine assembly and machine fabrication services with CTI electronic assembly equipment products will provide additional resources to meet customer demands, CTI says. CTI will use Alotech's existing manufacturing capabilities and machine fabrication equipment to provide increased capacity, increased customer service and improved project turnaround time.

Conveyor Technologies will be renamed to CTI Systems - a Conveyor Tech LLC Co. Integration is expected to occur over the next six months.
