TAIPEI – Advanced Semiconductor Engineering reported unaudited consolidated net revenues for the fourth quarter of $2.79 billion, up 14.5% year-over-year.

The company's Universal Scientific Industrial unit, one of the 15 largest EMS/ODM's in the world according to the CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY Top 50, typically contributes about 45% of the ASE's revenues. As such, USI's sales would be roughly $1.25 billion for the December period.
