FARMINGDALE, NY – Cemtrex’s electronics manufacturing services revenue for the fiscal first quarter of 2018 increased 27% to $20.4 million.

For the period ended Dec. 31, the firm’s total revenue increased 10% to $32.4 million. Net Income for the period was $731,991, down 47% compared to the same quarter the prior year.

“We delivered strong topline growth, with a 10% increase in total revenue to $32.4 million for the first quarter of fiscal year 2018,” said Saagar Govil, chairman and CEO. “This growth was driven by stronger demand in our electronics manufacturing solutions segment, which offset a decrease in revenues in our industrial products and services segment.”
