TORONTO – Celestica has completed its previously announced acquisition of Atrenne Integrated Solutions.

With the acquisition, Celestica is expanding its portfolio of end-to-end product lifecycle solutions. Celestica is gaining expertise in the design and manufacture of ruggedized electromechanical solutions primarily for military and commercial aerospace applications.

The firms previously announced Celestica would pay $139 million for Atrenne, funded by cash on hand and existing credit lines.
