SPOKANE VALLEY, WA – For the fiscal fourth quarter, Key Tronic expects to report revenue of approximately $106 million, down 9.4% year-over-year, below previous guidance.
The lower revenue during the quarter is primarily a result of three factors: a disruption in deliveries of a critical component from a supplier in China; delays in the ramp of a new program due to customer-driven design changes; and temporary reductions in customer demand due to concerns over tariffs and trade tension between the US and Mexico.
Moving into the fiscal first quarter of 2020, these issues have been largely resolved, and Key Tronic expects revenue to increase significantly.
For the full year ended June 29, the company expects to report revenue of approximately $464 million, up 4% compared to fiscal 2018.
For the fiscal first quarter, Key Tronic expects to report revenue in the range of $115 million to $120 million.
