BOCA RATON, FL – DataEd and Bestronics have been recapitalized by a private equity firm. New Water Capital has invested an undisclosed sum in the two tier III EMS firms.

The manufacturers are focused on high-mix, low/medium-volume PCBAs and box builds. DataED's manufacturing capacity includes 75,000 sq. ft. of facilities in Salem, including an NPI facility, as well as two manufacturing plants totaling 85,000 sq. ft. located in Shenzhen. Bestronics operates a 145,000-sq.-ft. campus in San Jose.
