Mountain Electronics Acquires ALJ Electronics/ALJCO

BURNSVILLE, NC — Mountain Electronics acquired ALJ Electronics/ALJCO.
Mountain Electronics has been repairing PCBs for the commercial laundry industry since 1999. The Mountain Electronics team says it will continue the legacy of quality repairs and excellent service of ALJ Electronics.
Mountain Electronics offers one-year warranties on all repairs, and the company will honor all valid ALJ warranties.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
