MORRISVILLE, NC – iNEMI is hosting a call for participation webinar for its RDL Adhesion Strength Measurement Project Mar. 2 and 3.

The objective of the project is to evaluate adhesion strength measurement methodologies and characterize RDL mechanical performances for narrow trace widths. The project also plans to identify potential common requirements for key material properties, so the industry is better aligned on qualification requirements.

This webinar will explain the motivation and scope of the project and review the task plan. The project is scheduled to start in late March and is currently accepting participants.
