WATERBURY, CT -- MacDermid Alpha Electronics has acquired H.K. Wentworth Group for about $60 million.

The deal expands MacDermid Alpha's product line into coatings and cleaning materials for printed circuit boards. H.K. Wentworth owns the Electrolube and AF brands.
